Your account
You need an account to put your avatar on stream and to buy items. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens with your account. You can delete it at any time.
What you buy
Avatars, colourways and other items are digital content licensed to your account for personal use, including on your streams and recordings. You may not resell, extract or redistribute the files. Prices include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; receipts, refunds and consumer rights such as withdrawal periods follow the checkout terms shown at purchase and the law of your country.
Acceptable use
Don't try to copy, decrypt or reverse engineer the app or its content, interfere with our servers, or use the app to break the law or the rules of the platforms you stream on.
The app
We work to keep Spawnface running well, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. You can stop using the app at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
